The Emir of Kano, Lamido Sanusi, has called on the leadership of farmers and the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria to see peace as the only solution to the killings of innocent Nigerians.
The Emir, in his capacity as the patron of the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria, sent a delegation on a peace mission to Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, in the wake of the recent herdsmen attacks in the state.
The delegation was led to Ado Ekiti by the former Governor of Kano State, Ibrahim Shekarau.
