APC FACTION IN KADUNA PASSES VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE ON NATIONAL BODY

The Kaduna crisis has gotten to a bad state such that political blackmail among top politicians is growing steadily with attacks becoming imminent and some Senators now disguise to be able to drive around the town safely and securely.

Also fears of possible demolition of buildings of political opponents spread across the length and breadth of the state. For Senator Suleiman Othman Hukunyi, representing Kaduna north and victim of political demolition, he has allegedly announced his decision to forgive El'rufai for the demolishing his mansion.

Although Hunkuyi, according to sources might have done it out of fear and intimidation, he however declined when he spoke to newsmen that no amount of intimidation would hinder his political ambition for 2019.

But while the political tussle in Kaduna continues unabated, an APC Akida spokesman Murtala, condemned the action of the governor in all entirety, saying it was a demonstration of the level the governor want to go in venting his frustration by destroying all they have been doing to ensure stability and unity in the state APC.

Muritala indeed accused Gov. el'Rufai of introducing impunity into the party, as he refused to work with elected members of the party leadership when he came on board as governor, and also relocated the party secretariat to another place without due consultation with other stakeholders, triggering the disunity in the state party.

Accordingly, he stated that based on the request letter written to the national office by Akida led APC, the Zonal vice chairman, Inuwa Abdulkadir led committee was constituted by the national office to reconcile.

He revealed that instead of the reconciliation, Governor El-rufai dealt the Zonal vice chairman a big blow by demolishing his home at Yakubu Avenue, because the  Abdulkadir's committee had an audience  with  the Shehu Sani APC faction during reconciliation.

"Seeing this and because the party refused to be intimidated, decided to open a new office known as Akida APC, with the aim to ensuring internal democracy and to bring about the needed change and avoid the mistake of imposition of the past, which cost PDP the 2015 election.

The Akida spokesman gave instances of Governor Aminu Bello Masari's reconciliation committee that was also rejected by El'rufai who as well sent thugs to Nigerian Union of Journalist press centre to disrupt a press conference billed to address the thorny issue of a concocted list submitted to the national party office in Abuja, ahead of the national delegate convention.

According to him, "that's why the stakeholders came together to support Wada to take disciplinary action against some members and the governor, resulting to query and suspension recently.

He said "And let me tell you the demolition and other intimidating actions taking by Governor will not stop us from going ahead with the struggle, we'll do more. This will give us more impetus to do more. We'll ensure that this rascality and impunity stops. We longer have confidence in national officers because when we took petition against El-rufai to them for submitting to them a list of delegates without congresses, they didn't act on it till now".

Although there is a different version that Danladi is not the original deputy chairman to Bantex, the current deputy governor. According to sources, Wada contested for chairman against Bantex and lost but was later incorporated based on arrangement and understanding by the power that be at the time.

However, Idris Shuaibu, who actually contested and won the position of vice, is now acting under El-Rufai APC faction, otherwise known as authentic APC. Although it still remains an allegations, Shuaibu is learnt to be an appointee of El-rufai as board chairman of
