The Federal High Court in Lagos has granted Senator Peter Nwaoboshi bail. Nwaoboshi was arrested last week by the EFCC over N805 million fraud. He is alleged to have sold a property in Lagos that belongs to the Delta state government.
He was granted bail on self recognition.
